OnePlus India introduces first Service Center in Bangalore, five more coming

Chinese phone manufacturer OnePlus has opened its first Exclusive Service Center (ESC) in Bengaluru (formerly Bangalore), India. The company has also announced that it set up a total of six such ESCs in the country by next month's end. OnePlus India today published the launch of its initial Exclusive Service Center in Bangalore. The company in its first phase aims to open six such service centers by the end of next month.

The five other cities where Service Center get opened include Chennai, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune. These Exclusive Service Center also cater to remote locations within these cities and customers can optionally avail the complimentary pickup-drop service as well, says OnePlus.

OnePlus claims that these Service Centers have the capabilities of resolving customer issues within a ‘guaranteed 1-hour turnaround time’. Not just this, these service centers also have the complete range of OnePlus products for consumers to experience offline before buying.
